If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@sajaura.com
within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the following:
- Clear photographs or videos clearly showing the damage
- A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully revealed
The unboxing video is mandatory as it helps us verify that the product reached you in damaged condition during transit and not after delivery. This ensures transparency and protects both the customer and our quality standards.
Please note that damage caused due to usage, mishandling, or post-delivery incidents cannot be verified through photos alone and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Requests raised after 48 hours, or without a complete unboxing video, will not be considered.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will be required to ship the product to the return address shared with you via email.
Kindly note that Sajaura does not arrange reverse pickups, and the return address will be communicated only through official email.
After the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful validation:
• We will replace the product, or
• Process a refund, at Sajaura’s discretion.
Approved refunds or replacements will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of inspection approval.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
• A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim
• Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, dust bags, or protective covers
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible
Items that fail the quality inspection will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
